COVID-19 UPDATE : RESORT CLOSURE

Updated April 2, 2020

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our guests, team members, and community remains our number one priority.  Given recent events in relation to COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution, Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg and the St. Somewhere Spa are temporarily closed.

Based on the latest guidance and recommendations from federal, state, and local officials, we have extended this closure and at this time we intend to reopen to guests on Friday, May 1.

If you have a reservation with an arrival date on or before April 30, our team members are reaching out to reschedule your stay or offer a refund if a deposit was taken.  Should you have any questions regarding these reservations, please email frontdesk@margaritavilleresortgatlinburg.com.

Changes in Travel Plans

We will continue to offer a flexible cancellation policy for our guests.  Any new or existing reservations that are scheduled for arrival before June 1, 2020 can be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, including Advanced Purchase rates.

Guests who booked reservations with third parties such as online travel agents, including Expedia and Booking.com, should contact those booking providers for assistance.

The policies above pertain to individual reservations. For questions or concerns related to Group bookings, please email groupsales@margaritavilleresortgatlinburg.com or call the property at 865-430-4200.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support.  Our thoughts are with everyone during this difficult time for so many, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon to our Paradise in the Smokies.
